The very first thing I want to advice is to avoid this showroom & go for other multi brand showrooms like Adishwars, Pai Electronics, ...
I purchased a Samsung 40" LED TV (40C6200) & was supposed to get a delivery from this showroom. After frequently following up, after around 3 weeks, when I had called them, they said, currently there is no stock & the stock might come only in the next week. So I again waited for one more week & called them up, again their response was, there is no stock & I have to wait another week. Then I thought it does'nt work over phone so let me visit the showroom & check what is the status of my booking. I talked to the branch head & he suggested me to go for a different model as the model which I had booked 40C6200 was out of stock all over India & also tentatively there is no production of the same as per their information from the Samsung Factory. They also said even though if the production starts, it'll take another month. Some how they convinced me to go for a 3D LED TV (40C7000) & also promised to give some goodies with it. Finally I decided to book this 3D LED TV only after confirming that they will deliver it in 3 days. After 3 days, again I had to go to the showroom & pay the differential amount. After all this I thought they will deliver the TV now as per their commitment of home delivery, but again they said if I want home delivery I need to wait for another 2 days. Then I thought its enough, let me carry the TV in my car itself. All set with TV loaded in my car, I asked for the goodies as they had promised, I was disappointed to hear that, the goodies are not in stock & I have to wait until they get the stock. They said they will call me to collect the goodies when they get stock. Later I called them few times, again the same answer "no stock sir" & now it been more than a month I still haven't got any call from them.
Thought of sharing my experience & caution people who might get trapped in such showrooms.
The customer service from Samsung is also very bad, its been more than a month I have got the TV & they still haven't come to give a demo & install(wall mount) the TV.
